ROB SKATE ACADEMY

My 5 years old daughter is learning inline skating with them. They really have good and nice staffs who really love skating and care their students.

ROB SKATE ACADEMY

My 11 year old son and I stumbled across this place by coincidence and fortune. He is brand new to skateboarding and a shop that sells product, but has no place to skate told us about Rob and his facility. We were greeted by Rob and immediately felt a welcoming vibe. He gave us a tour of the facility and talked about the programs mission. This is truly a place that welcomes and encourages skaters of all abilities to come in and ride and learn. My son had never dropped into a ramp of any shape or size before. In fact he was nervous about just going off a regular height curb at our house. By the end of our session, Rob had him dropping into the biggest half pipe in the facility! Rob answered our noob questions and gave us great insight on what he would recommend as far as a new board went (My son's board was a Target special and was heavy and way to small. Rob let us try a board that was more appropriate for him without any attempt to sell us anything.) We live about 35 minutes away from this location, but will definitely be back soon. If your son or daughter of any ability has a desire to try to learn how to skate, I highly recommend you visit Rob and the ROB SKATE ACADEMY Skateboarding Academy! This facility and their mission is awesome!

My son attended the skate camp for a week and it was fabulous! They fit him in at the last minute, which was awesome. The structure of the camp is really cool - they go to different skate parks around the Bay Area every day. The owner and the instructors were fantastic, and I really appreciated how communicative they all were. And my son had a blast.

ROB SKATE ACADEMY

Recentrly getting back to inline skates after 20+ year break. Visiting bay area for a couple days, found this skate park online, purchased used aggressive skates on Craigslist and hit the park. Took a 50 minute lesson since it's my first time on aggressives and a park. Glad I did, Instructor was really nice and motivated, you notice right away when people love their job and enjoy teaching. Definitely will be back when in town.

I took my 6 year old son to ROB SKATE ACADEMY today and was blown away. All of the instructors were so nice and encouraging. I could tell they were genuinely stoked for my son when he nailed something new. Roy and J.T. were awesome! They helped my son try things he's never done before. They got him dropping in on a half pipe, riding a roll on rail, and a bunch of other things. Basically pushing my son to take his skills to the next level. Thank you so much guys! He had the best time ever and can't wait to go next weekend.

This place is terrific! They were fully booked but found a way to fit my daughter in on her b-day. They were great with my daughter and she had a blast! Definitely recommend this place.

Just started to learn to skate with my 10 year old daughter in October. I'm 40+ and 270 lbs and never skated as a kid... She recently learned to do drop ins and I wanted to be able to try to keep up with her. Got a last minute lesson with Rob and brought my daughter to watch. He had me doing drop ins by the end of the 50 minute lesson! As a bonus he had my daughter doing drop ins with her opposite foot (switch) and we started to learn to do ollies! Excellent teaching techniques and we had a blast learning! Thanks Rob!!

My friends and I rented the space to practice tricks on our quad skates. The place was very clean and had a huge variety of skating surfaces for all kinds of tricks! Rob was super nice and friendly:) my group had a great time!!! We will definitely go again!!!
